Following an initial enquiry, the requirements of individual customers are carefully appraised at the first meeting and a preliminary design and budget costing presented on a completely obligation-free basis.
Design changes, reflecting the client’s wishes, are then consolidated into the final plan to include all drawings, costs, calculations and legal approvals.

The client, D Ford Ltd of Heathfield, East Sussex, wanted to enlarge a small mezzanine floor within his existing unit to make available more space at first floor level. The enlargement of the mezzanine was a complex operation due to the exacting requirements of the working space below. The mezzanine columns had to be positioned in such a way as to not impinge upon the working conditions at ground floor level.

The offices beneath the mezzanine had then to be dismantled and re-configured to fit in with the new layout of the enlarged mezzanine floor.

The project was so successful that a second contract was awarded to provide additional administration facilities at first floor level. On the strength of the first two contracts a third contract was issued. The client was so pleased with the service he was given that more work with the same company is pending.
